At Production Light & Sound, supporting live music and events is at the heart of what we do and we’re fortunate to collaborate with a variety of incredible venues across Yorkshire and beyond.

One venue we’ve thoroughly enjoyed working at this year is the iconic Scarborough Spa, a Grade II listed building in South Bay, Scarborough, North Yorkshire.

Scarborough Spa has welcomed an incredible lineup of artists in 2024, and we’ve been proud to contribute to the magic. From live gigs to charity galas, we’ve lent a hand and shared our expertise in lighting and production.

Our talented lighting designer, Jamie, has been on hand to support performances by The Vaccines, Scouting For Girls, Feeder and Bad Boy Chiller Crew, among others.

For many of these events, we’ve supplied equipment such as Ayrton Argo 6 FX, Robe LEDBeam150s, and Unique Hazers to create dynamic lighting displays that matched the energy of the performances.

Whether adding atmosphere to a packed Grand Hall or fine-tuning the setup for an intimate gig, our goal is always the same: to help artists shine and audiences enjoy unique experiences.

Apart Ball 2024

Our work at Scarborough Spa isn’t limited to live music. This year, we were thrilled to support the Apart Ball 2024, celebrating its 10th anniversary and raising £150,000 for Cancer Research UK. With its nostalgic ‘Back in Time’ theme, our lighting helped transform the venue into a spectacular setting, complementing the elegance and energy of the evening.

Whether it’s adding visual flair to a live gig or helping create the right ambience for a gala dinner, we’re always happy to support events, concerts, gigs and more.
